I have a love / hate relationship with pants, shoes, and socks. I enjoy wearing them for short bursts of time. Quality clothing can make you feel pretty good and confident in your day as well. But at the end of a long day of work I just want come home and take all three off as soon as I step across the property line.

Essentially - keep a brand new "break out in case of emergency" pair somewhere handy, change into them mid-day or when things get rough, and your feet will feel as if you stepped upon silky clouds, passing some good signals to your brain and soul to do a soft reset. Just try it on a rough day, and your shoulders may relax ever so slightly as you exhale with your fresh foot robes.
It matters little if you wear dress socks, cotton calf socks, synthetic athletic socks, cranking on a big project, delivering a TED talk, or if you're running sprints at the track - this one tiny shift can make your day.
